How do I find the bond number of a judge and sheriff?

I need to find the bond number of a local judge and sheriff in order to open a case against their liabilty in a matter.

1. I believe the county treasurer is responsible to hold their bond and produce a receipt. I will find it again and repost if I am mistaken. In my state it is duty of the County Treasurer. Look in your State Codes, local government, duties of treasurer.
