What is the process to getting licensed to perform catering duties in Los Angeles County?

I was a caterer back in Iowa, so I had the Serv Safe certification, but I don't know what else I need to be able to perform catering duties for people. Can anyone tell me where to start??

1. Every state has different certification, because you that license in diffretn state, will not be good in the other state, and CA has one of toughest certificaiton requirement.
