What are some Dubuque, Iowa restaurants for large groups?

I live out of state (Maine) and am planning a wedding in Dubuque, Iowa this fall. I am trying to find a decent place for the rehearsal dinner. It will need to accomadate 50-75 people be fairly reasonable priced (i have already looked at Star brewery and they were quite expensive) and have beer available. Do you have any ideas/suggestions?
