Harris County Sheriff's Office, or any available around Houston?

I am an 18 year old and about to graduate out of High School in one more month. I was interested on being part of a team on either Sheriff's Office as a detention officer. Does anyone work for Fort Bend or Harris County Sheriff's Office that can help me out on making my career dream become true?

1. You need to be TCLOES (Texas Commissioner on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education) certified before becoming an officer of any kind in Texas. HPD is offering incredible sign on bonuses and some departments take on cadets who are not pre-certified but your pay will be lower starting out. Harris County offices are very busy, so be prepared to pull long hours and deal with a lot of cr@p that they recieve.
