What brand of uniforms are worn by tacoma police and pierce county sheriff's office? see additional?

On COPS you see Tacom Police and Pierce County Deputies wearing a dark shirt with writing on back and a bdu style pant, can any body tell me what brands they are wearing, also what brand is the harness/suspender's that they are wearing, my department is curious.
