What is the county and local sheriff's office for Addison, Texas?

I need to sue someone who is located in Addison, Texas and was told I'd need to know their county and local sheriff's office. Does anyone know? Also, how would I go about serving them with a summons for small claims court in Chicago? Thanks

1. They are outside the jurisdiction of small claims court in Chicago. The answer is either Dallas or Collin county.
2. Dallas County, Dallas County Sheriff. Don't know how to serve summons.
